Theaim of Teacher-training program is to prepare students to become effective and efficient teachers. The program helps them to understand the principles and processes of various aspects of Child's growth and development and class-room interaction.

The teacher-training program also helps to understand the phenomenon of group dynamism and its influence on the personality of the child and the entire educational process.

The institute is well-equipped and provide efficient and dedicated faculty support to enable the trainees to explore their own possibilities and achieve the best out of life.

We follow university curriculum and in addition to that present crafting techniques will also be taught. Certificate and Diploma will be awarded after successful completion of course, examinations will be held at the end of the term.

No teacher training course is complete without adequate and appropriate teaching practice. No amount of theory will work unless one is in the classroom interacting with students.

Therefore teaching practice sessions are an important part of our curriculum and much weightage is given to these sessions during evaluation.

This helps the teachers to become aware of the needs of the students, understand the classroom setup, observe student behavior and prepare lessons better.

This in turn will make teaching more effective in the future. The feed back from the observer is invaluable as it helps the trainee teachers realize their strengths and areas that need improvement.
