Refund and Cancellation Policy

By completing your registration for a course and making a payment of full or installment fee, you agree to the following Refund and Cancellation Policy:
You have the right to cancel your booking at any time at the following terms:
Course Fees is non-transferrable and non-refundable. Any Course cancelled by you after registration will not be refunded either in part or in full.
You are eligible for a full refund if you made a request for Course enrolment and not provided with the rights of admission by Titalee Arts prior to commencement of Course. Refund in this case will be made within 24 working hours of denial of the rights of admission.
Titalee Arts reserves the right to cancel a course in the event of an unforeseen circumstance which disables a safe learning environment. In the event of a cancellation, Titalee Arts will either arrange for an alternative course date or offer a full refund of the fee paid.
